Andover I is a friendly community of 26 units. We feature delightful grounds, helpful neighbors and an active Board of Directors. Feel free to use the community patio or grill for yourself or when you have friends or family over. The lush grounds surrounding Andover I are taken care of both by residents and Seacrest Services who service all of Century Village. We have long-time and newer residents who enjoy our quiet location and all the amenities Century Village has to offer. A green bus system, clubs and events at the Clubhouse and our local pool or the two community pools at the Clubhouse or at Hastings building which also houses the gym. Come join our building! We would love to have you as a neighbor!
